We ship across Canada and the United States from our warehouse in Oshawa, Ontario via UPS, Purolator and Canada Post as our typical couriers. While UPS is our primary courier, we will choose the most appropriate courier for your destination address at our discretion. You may also request to ship on your courier account. We may require additional freight charges on oversize, over weight, extended area or expedited shipment requests.
FREE SHIPPING AVAILABLE ON WEB ORDERS
We offer free shipping for online orders based on location and order size.
For northern provinces and territories, and for orders under the free shipping amount, we offer reasonable flat rate shipping.
Orders placed by phone, fax or email have a slightly higher free shipping clip.
EXPRESS AND SAME DAY SERVICE AVAILABLE.
Urgent order? Express AIR shipping available across the country for orders placed by noon Eastern time.
We also offer same day by 5pm service available in GTA through Oshawa.
LOSS / DAMAGE
It is your responsibility to inform us of any shipping damage or missing items within 24 hours of receiving the package. Notification beyond 24 hours may result in the claim being denied. Customers outside Canada will be responsible for any applicable customs, duties and/or taxes.
How long will it take to receive my order once you ship?
Standard delivery time once the order has shipped, is 1 day to southern Ontario, from 1-3 days in MB/QC & northern Ontario, 4-6 days to BC & Newfoundland.
Shipments Outside Canada
Shipments outside Canada may be subject to local state taxes, brokerage and duties which are not included in our shipping costs. Generally speaking Canada Post (USPS in USA) doesn't charge duties or brokerage particularly on lower value shipments to individuals. UPS ground shipments will incur brokerage fees. UPS Expedited or Express include brokerage. Brokerage and duties are not under our control and are the responsibility of the receiver. For International orders we will quote shipping rates and request payment for shipping once we have your order on hand and can calculate exact shipping costs. If you do not agree with the cost of shipping let us know and we will cancel the order for you.
