I recognize how important it is for you to continue providing service to your clients and to that end I wanted to let you know that Aartech Canada is considered an essential business as we operate ecommerce fulfillment and additionally we provide essential equipment including but not limited to security, surveillance cameras, networking to enable employees to work from home.
As a result we are still taking calls, answering emails, processing and shipping orders, filling backorders and stocking product. Orders are being filled promptly.
At the same time, the well being of our team members is a top priority so we have implemented a number of policies and procedures and continue to monitor and follow the guidance of health officials to protect our staff and customers.
For the time being, we are restricting pick-up orders to those that are critical and ask that you allow us to ship all other orders to your business, home or job site. We have ground, express and local same day options available.
If you require a pick-up order please contact your rep to make arrangements and payment in advance. The doors are locked so please call or buzz when you arrive.
At the same time, it's important to point out that as a result of numerous factors, the Canadian dollar has taken a severe drop in value compared to the USD. As a result prices are increasing on many of our products.
Our technical support department is available by phone, email or chat. RMA returns & credit processing will be delayed due to staffing and health reasons but we will deal with critical issues as quickly as possible.
